The Trees Back Home is a short film created for Sesame Street to increase awareness of their new child refugee education programs that launched on World Refugee Day. The PSA folllows a Rohingya family who lost their most educated relative when he is suddenly murdered during a genocide as their youngest daughter Somaya decides to become the new hope of her people in response to the tragedy.
